Breitling Avenger Bandit Watch Review

Breitling Avenger Bandit watch with an elegant yet solid 45 mm titanium casing. Featuring gray “stealth” finish, screwed-locked crown, unidirectional ratcheted rotating bezel and a glareproofed cambered sapphire on both sides, the timepiece is quite sturdy, built for tasks on the decks of aircraft carriers as well as the cockpits of fighter planes. The bezel, also embellished with engraved stencil-type numerals, sticks out with its four rider tabs (a classic Breitling signature feature) serving to memorize times. On the right side of the case we have the chronograph pushes and screwed-locked crown designed to guarantee excellent handling, even with gloves. The dial is painted in titanium gray with a snailed raised pattern, aviation-inspired numerals and luminescent hands and indices. Looking at it, we notice the chronograph apertures, as well as the opening for calendar at 3 o’clock.

Self-winding movement Breitling 13. With 25 jewels inside, it operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, enabling a power reserve of 46 hours. The caliber provides several functions such as hours, minutes, 1/4th of a second chronograph, 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers and calendar. At the back of the case we can see a conversion scale for main units. The Breitling Avenger Bandit is officially chronometer-certified by COSC and features a water-resistance of 300m.
